Sam Simmons is an operational executor and implementation partner specializing in the work most senior leaders know needs to happen but can't figure out how to execute.


Over the course of her career, Sam's roles have consistently been created or shaped around her. Organizations at the highest levels of sports, SaaS, and e-commerce that knew what they needed to fix but needed someone who knew how to actually do it. The LPGA, HubSpot, Spurs Sports & Entertainment, and Wayfair didn't hand Sam a job description. They handed her a problem.

Sam works with SVP and C-suite leaders navigating inflection points, growth-stage organizations that have outgrown their people infrastructure, and leadership teams that have the strategy but need someone to make it operational with the same question: How do we do this?

Sam is based in Central Florida and available for domestic and international engagements.
